Privacy Policy Updates

Accessibyte recently made some updates to clarify a few points in the privacy policy. Our practices have not changed. These changes were simply to clarify a few things and ensure our privacy policy can't misinterpretted.

We are also now certified with a kidSAFE seal.

Students, teachers and parents can feel confident that our data and privacy policies are here to support them. These changes continue our trend of transparency and user support when it comes to data practices.
Specific changes are noted below. Our full policy can always be found here.

Why did we make these changes?

Accessibyte Online has been live for about 18 months now. During that time we've worked with many individuals, schools, state agencies and government agencies around the world. We've reviewed our policies with them to ensure our practices support our users.

As the internet changes, so do the requirements of online policies. Further clarification that we keep our user's data private will happen from time to time. We'll always side with our users when it comes to their data.
