Deleting and Editing Quick Cards Decks and Tests from your Teacher Dashboard

Deleting Flashcard Decks and Tests

If you want to remove a specific lesson from a specific students account, do the following:

  1.  Click the Students List link on the sidebar tab.
  2.  Find the desired student and click the Overview link next to their name.
  3.  Click the Quick Cards tab.
  4.  Scroll down to the Flashcards Decks and Tests area.
  5.  Next to each item in the lists will be a trash can delete icon. Give it a click and the file will be deleted.

Editing Flashcard Decks

  1.  Click the Students List link on the sidebar tab.
  2.  Find the desired student and click the Overview link next to their name.
  3.  Click the Quick Cards tab.
  4.  Scroll down to the Flashcards Decks area.
  5.  Find the desired deck in the list and click the Edit pencil icon for that deck.
  6.  You can now tab through each card in the deck and edit the text. There are also X buttons for deleting a card and a button for adding new cards.
  7.  When finished, press the Save Changes button.

Editing Tests

  1.  Click the Students List link on the sidebar tab.
  2.  Find the desired student and click the Overview link next to their name.
  3.  Click the Quick Cards tab.
  4.  Scroll down to the Tests area.
  5.  Find the desired testin the list and click the Edit pencil icon for that deck.
  6.  You can now tab through each card in the deck and edit the text. There are checkboxes for the correct answer, X buttons for deleting an answer or question, and buttons for adding answers and questions.
  7.  When finished, press the Save Changes button.
