How do I renew access to Accessibyte?

Typio, Typio Pro and Accessibyte All Access are provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS), which means our apps are always up to date and ready for you to log into from anywhere.

When you purchase a Typio, Typio Pro or Accessibyte All Access license, you receive 365 days of access to that product. Licenses do not automatically renew. Once the year is up, you’ll need to purchase a new license for continued use. That license is then applied to your existing account.

You can follow the steps below to update your existing account with the new license.

Home Users

  1. Purchase a fresh Typio Accessibyte All Access or Typio Pro Home User license.
  2. After purchase, your new license will be sent to your email.
  3. Perform a license update with the new license and your existing username and password.

School Edition Users

Option 1

  1. Visit our school pricing page to customize a quote for purchase order, or purchase a fresh license from our website.
  2. Your new license will be sent when either your purchase order is processed or you complete online checkout.
  3. Once you have your new license, perform a license update with the new license, along with your registered email and password.

Option 2

  1. Log in to your Teacher Dashboard.
  2. Click the My Account sidebar link.
  3. Click Renew License.
  4. Use the Request Quote button to customize a quote for purchase order, or Purchase Now button to purchase a fresh license from our website.
  5. Once you have your new license, perform a license update with the new license, along with your registered email and password.
