Calculator Help

Purpose

The Calculator app is your handy tool for quick calculations, whether you need to add, subtract, multiply or divide numbers.

Number Keys: Enter numbers directly.
Plus (+), Minus (-), Multiply (*), Divide (/): Perform basic arithmetic operations.
Backspace: Delete the last entered number or operation.
Up/Down Arrows: Move through the calculator buttons.
Enter: Select a button or perform an operation.
Escape: Exit Calculator.

Entering Numbers: Use the number keys on your keyboard to input numbers. You can enter multiple digits and decimals.
Selecting Operations: Use the operation keys on your keyboard (+, -, *, /) to choose the calculation you want to perform.
Performing Calculations: Type the first number, then type an operation, type the second number, and press Enter for the result.
Clearing Input: Press Backspace to delete the last entered number or operation.
Exiting Calculator: Press Escape to close the Calculator app and return to the Main Menu.

Quick Calculations: Use the number keys and operation keys to perform quick calculations without needing a mouse.
Undo Mistakes: If you make a mistake while inputting, use Backspace to delete the last entry and try again.
Practice Makes Perfect: The more you use the Calculator, the more comfortable you’ll become with its layout and controls.
Numpad Support: If you have a numeric keypad, you can use it for faster number and operation entry.
Careful Inputs: You can use the Up/Down arrows to navigate through the calculator buttons and Enter to select them if you prefer not to use the number keys.

Can I perform complex calculations?: No, the Calculator app is designed for basic arithmetic operations only.
