For state and local vocational rehabilitation agencies, the ADA Title II web accessibility rule establishes WCAG 2.1 AA requirements for web content and mobile apps, including content provided through vendor arrangements. The applicable compliance date is April 26, 2027 or April 26, 2028, depending on entity size.
